 Join Master Gardener Bethany Beck to learn the history of the tulip, as well as how and when to plant bulbs inside and out. The seminar will end with a demonstration of how to make a layered bulb container, which one audience will get to take home. This program is open to all and registration is encouraged but not required. Call 757-890-5120 or click on the button below to register.
