 It is no surprise that interest in mindful practices has risen as more and more people are realizing that focusing on mental health is just as important as focusing on physical health. Join Laura Stephens of A Mindful Mess as she shares techniques to enhance mindfulness through various practices, including minimalism. This program is designed for 15 through 25-year-olds, but all ages are welcome to gain insight into the connection between minimalism and mindfulness. Registration is required. This is part of our Young Adults Series.
