Celebrate books and food with us at the Tabb Library's Edible Book Festival. This free event will be held from 10:30 a.m. to 12 p.m. in the library’s meeting room.

Enjoy light refreshments, craft stations, and at 11 am, a short story time. Additionally, there will be an Edible Book Contest in which community members can put their ingenuity to the test to create book-related art out of food. Prizes will be awarded for Best in Show, Most Hilarious Book Pun and A for Effort. Additionally, Edible Book Festival attendees will vote for an overall People’s Choice winner during the event.

To register for the Edible Book Contest, please fill out the following registration form, found here: www.yorkcounty.gov/FormCenter/Library-10/YCPL-Edible-Book-Contest-Entry-Form-147. Entry registration closes on Friday, July 29, 2022, at noon. Entrants who successfully register will be able to drop off their edible book displays to the Tabb Library between 3:30 and 4:30 p.m. on Friday, July 29, and between 9:45 a.m. and 10:15 a.m. on Saturday, July 30.
