Join Master Sang Mee of World Martial Arts for a short, introductory Taekwondo lesson! The structure and discipline of martial arts improves focus and behavior, while promoting motor coordination and emotional regulation. With a solid foundation rooted in honor and respect, World Martial Arts offers a safe space for people of all abilities to explore and develop new outlets.

Important information: The class is limited to 10 children ages 6+. Parents or caregivers are expected to participate alongside their child. Please wear comfortable clothes and shoes suitable for activity. If your child has auditory sensitivities, please inform the instructor upon arrival or leave a note in the box "Is there anything else you would like us to know?"
