Title: The Vile Village

Review: This was the seventh book in the Series of Unfortunate Events. Again, Violet, Klaus, and Sunny are put into a rather unfortunate series of events. It begins with the orphans being put under the care of a whole village full of nasty people (hence The Vile Village). All through the story the characters are trying to save their friends, Isadora and Duncan Quagmire, while trying to escape the notorious Count Olaf. This book is made very funny by the addition of the town's rules- all 19,833 of them. Though its not nice to laugh at others' troubles, this book series makes it hard not to. The situations in the books are just too unbelievably terrible and unlikely.
