 Is it possible to be successful without getting stressed? You are invited to explore and experience simple, stress-busting techniques in a free mindfulness workshop. The class focuses on ancient yogic breathing and meditation techniques. Please wear comfortable clothing. No experience is necessary for this introductory session.
