 Refresh and renew this fall with our Senior Wellness Series at the Tabb Library. Join instructor Nancy A. Geary for a Meditation Workshop that will help you increase your mindfulness and reduce stress. This meditation session will focus on using mindfulness to eat healthier. The workshop includes an introduction to the value of meditation, a guided practice, and a question and answer session. Registration is required and space is limited. This event is part of the Live Well @ Your Library series, which aims to provide programs that better the body, mend the mind and soothe the soul.
