Yoga instructor Jamie Fitzwater will lead a session on baby yoga and pregnancy yoga. Moms-to-be and moms/caregivers and babies are invited to join the fun! Registration is not required. Bring a yoga or exercise mat if you have one.

Jamie Fitzwater has been practicing yoga for 7 years and has her 200-RYT and 85-PRYT (pre/postnatal) yoga certifications. She started yoga after a severe car accident left her unable to walk. Fitzwater was drawn to mothers/prenatal yoga because supporting a healthy family starts with a balanced mom and baby. In the future, she hopes to become a doula and midwife and open her own yoga studio.
