Baby Bookworms is a story time program for the very young, newborn to 16 months, and their parent/caregiver. We explore literacy tips, read a story, sing songs, participate in finger play, and conclude with a parenting topic each week. The literacy topics for this session are nonfiction, books with no words, phonological awareness, and sign language. The parenting topics for this session are screen time, spoiling, handling advice and criticism, and mommy burnout.
