Library: Yorktown Library Map Speaker Bio: Sean Segerblom is an Assistant Chief and Deputy Coordinator of Emergency Management with the York County Department of Fire and Life Safety. Chief Segerblom has served the citizens, businesses, and visitors of York County since 1986. During the last four years, his focus has been Emergency Management - where he has helped to prepare the County to plan for, mitigate, respond to, and recover from emergencies and disasters.
