This course introduces students to the philosophy and practice of mindfulness meditation. Each session includes a brief talk, a guided meditation practice, and time for questions/discussion. Practice with the concepts introduced each week is encouraged and audio guided meditations are provided by email after each session to assist with establishing a practice. No prior experience is needed. Audio from each session will be recorded for training purposes.
