Join us in celebrating Dia de Los Muertos, a beloved Mexican holiday celebrated throughout the world honoring ancestors. The festivities include: 10:30-11:30 am - Discover your Latino heritage with Annette Botello 11:30 am-1:30 pm - Latino Heritage research help with Colorado Society of Hispanic Genealogy - CSHG (open to the public). 1-2 pm - Storyteller Bailey Phelps will entertain us with Southwest and Mexican ghost stories. 1-3 pm - Dia de Los Muertos Crafts: sugar skulls, paper flowers, beading, Ofrenda's (alters) tribute, and Day of the Dead make-up Snacks will be Horchata and Pan de Muertos. This event is in collaboration with the Greeley Creative District's Dia de Los Muertos Event.
