Join historian Cheryl Siebert Waite as she revisits Denver's shady past. While Denver's Red Light District created much controversy, it was tolerated by city officials because it brought in a steady source of income that went into building roads, schools and other municipal assets. Learn about the evolution of the district, the politics, and the women who left a unique mark on Colorado history. Cheryl Siebert Waite is a professor at the Community College of Aurora where she teaches history and women's studies.
