Description:
 Kim Smarr of Be Well Yoga will lead us through a healthful yoga practice for those 55 and older. Chair yoga will combine the foundation of any good yoga practice, which is breathing and intentional movement. The hour long class will start seated with 1/2 sun salutations and then we will take the spine through its 6 movements. The chair will also be used and a prop for standing poses concluding with guided relaxation. This practice is for any fitness level and able to be modified for anyone. Come explore this practice and leave feeling grounded and centered. The only requirement is that you meet yourself where you are! Registration required; ages 55+.
