Have you ever dreamed of traveling by bicycle but weren't quite sure where to start? This presentation will get you prepared to pedal the miles to your next faraway destination. You will learn about which bikes can be used for touring, various types of panniers and trailers, camping equipment, and clothing. In addition we will discuss training, bike specific maps, and other essential gear and resources to get you out on your first bike tour. Registration is required; ages 13+.
