Great American Read at the Toledo Museum of Art (Off-Site)

 Attendees will enjoy a book discussion of works from the Great American Read list on the theme of love and a docent-led tour of the world-renowned Toledo Museum of Art. The tour will consider various works of art that relate to love. Registration is required and space is limited. You must provide your own transportation to the museum.

Discussion books are available for checkout at Way Public Library:

Beloved by Toni Morrison
Gilead by Marilynne Robinson
Gone Girl by Gillian Flynn
Memoirs of a Geisha by Arthur Golden
Charlotte’s Web by E.B. White

You may read any, all, or none of the books and feel free to supplement with other books connected to the theme of “love”. Programming for The Great American Read is offered as part of a grant from the American Library Association and PBS.
