Yoga Classes for Beginners

Join us for a 6 week series of yoga classes for beginners. Learn yoga poses, relaxation techniques, and become comfortable with yoga. The classes will be accessible to all levels of fitness. Please wear comfortable clothing and bring your own yoga mat.
