 Yoga helps you deal with everyday stress while improving your level of fitness. This class is ideal for those suffering from injuries or who cannot get down on the ground.

This is a six week course in Chair Yoga basics. Please bring a yoga mat with you. Please plan on coming to all six sessions. One week break for Memorial Day.
