 Yoga at an early age encourages self-esteem and body awareness with a physical activity that's noncompetitive. Your children can learn techniques for self-health, relaxation, and inner fulfillment. Designed for ages 7-13 only. Classes run April 7 through Sept. 29. Limited space. Registration required.
