 This class emphasizes the practice of yoga postures, breathing and relaxation away from a stressful world. Join more than 15 million people in the world that currently practice this ancient tradition. The philosophy of yoga is rooted in a culture of health and well-being. Certified yoga instructor Asel Grap was trained in India (at the Yoga Capital of the World) and in New York. Registration required.
