Participants will learn an eight-form routine. The goals of the training are to improve postural stability, control of body positioning, gait initiation, movement symmetry and coordination, and lower extremity strength.
Chair-supported practices, progressing from completely seated, through sit and stand, to chair-assisted movements, are included to meet the needs and performance capabilities of individual participants.
Classes will be held through December.
