Sunshine Law informational sessions provided by the Ohio Attorney General’s Office include a general overview of the Ohio Public Records Act and the Ohio Open Meetings Act. The sessions are provided in order to enhance the knowledge of public offices regarding the duty to comply with the sunshine laws as required by Sections 149.43 and 121.22 of the Ohio Revised Code.
