January 19, 2:00-4:00pm
This two hour virtual training provides review and
practice of the scripts, songs, and panels for the
“Ready to Hatch” program, along with orientation to
the pre-post materials necessary to implement the
program. The training also allows time for
discussion and sharing to help Hatchlings Facilitators
personalize the script to their own delivery style and
plan for their unique community needs. This training is designed for Pilot 3 library or Judy Center staff who wish to become Hatchlings Facilitators in order to implement the Hatchlings program as part of the Pilot 3 project in 2023.

Participants will be able to:
--Locate the “Ready To Hatch” materials in the
Google Drive folder and also on the MGOL website.
--Explain the brain development portion of the script
to expectant parents.
--Explain the preparation steps to the “Ready to
Hatch” program as well as the three evaluation
documents.
--Explain one way they will customize the songs or
scripts for either their own presentation style or to
suit the unique needs of their community.
