Food for Thought

Enjoy snacks, share your thoughts about specific art pieces and create your own masterpiece with art supplies provided! Celebrate historical works of art through replicas from the National Gallery of Art, Washington D.C. To see the replicas of specific art pieces in person and write down your thoughts in preparation for the program please see the East County Regional Library’s Young Adult Area.

The program content is provided by the National Endowment for the Humanities and presented by Cameo Hinman. Art supplies are provided by the Friends of the East County Regional Library. Grades 6–12. Registration required.

Kids Read Down Fines

Children and teens with fines on their library card can read down their fines earning $2.00 for every fifteen minutes they read. Please bring your library card.
