Introduction to Facebook: Controlling Your Privacy

 Facebook is a hugely popular social networking site that allows you to make connections, share interests and join groups. The emphasis will be on how to establish and use a Facebook account with maximum online safety and privacy.

You are invited to come and make a Facebook page of your own or just take in the presentation. If you choose the hands-on alternative, you will need to be comfortable using the computer mouse and have some experience using the Internet to fully benefit from it. To sign up for Facebook, you must already have an email account and know how to use it.
